Brent is a seasoned turnaround CEO, with over 26 years industry experience. He has a talent for motivating people to improve performance and build solid teams to achieve maximum results.<\/p>\n

During his leadership, Brent Leahy has successfully rebranded, restructured, and repositioned several recruitment companies, increasing their market share and establishing them as leading players in their respective industries. His strategic vision and drive for excellence has resulted in significant growth, improved profitability, and increased efficiency. Brent has managed through significant change implementing, and establishing, new service lines and restructuring to drive positive outcomes for staff and the business. He has demonstrable experience in transforming businesses from transaction low-margin to higher-margin outcome-based SOW.<\/p>\n

With a passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends, Brent has implemented cutting-edge technology solutions that have transformed the way his companies do business. He is known for his ability to build and lead high-performing teams, combined with his dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tSunthar Vinayagamoorthy\n\t<\/h3>\n\tChief Financial Officer
\nRGF Staffing ANZ<\/strong><\/small>\n

Sunthar Vinayagamoorthy has been the Chief Financial Officer of RGF Staffing ANZ since October 2023. He joined the Chandler Macleod Group in January 2007, which subsequently became part of the RGF Staffing business.<\/p>\nSunthar is an accomplished finance leader with expertise in corporate finance, audit and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and business partnering.
\nHis experience spans large, listed companies across the banking, industrial, and services sectors. He began his career at PwC in Sri Lanka and later worked with KPMG in both London and Sydney.\nWith over 15 years at RGF Group, Sunthar has a deep understanding of the Group’s operations at all levels, alongside extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry.
\nBefore becoming CFO, he held several senior finance roles at RGF, including General Manager Finance at Chandler Macleod Group and Group Finance Manager, where he led the Group’s Business Insight function and Reporting.\n

Sunthar is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He also holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Colombo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Sunthar\n

RGF Staffing ANZ<\/strong><\/small><\/p>\nFiona Defina is the Chief Risk & Sustainability Officer at RGF Staffing ANZ, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience across risk, health & safety, and sustainability. Since joining the organisation in 2008, Fiona has played a pivotal role in strengthening governance frameworks, driving health and safety initiatives, and embedding sustainability into business strategy.\nPrior to stepping into the role, Fiona served as Head of Risk, Health & Safety at RGF Staffing ANZ, following senior leadership positions at Chandler Macleod, including General Manager of Insurance, Group Manager of Workers Compensation, and National Injury Management Advisor.\nWith a proven track record in building resilient organisations, Fiona is passionate about creating safe, sustainable, and future-focused workplaces that deliver value to employees, clients, and the wider community.\n\t\t\t\t\"Untitled\n

Tami is a senior People and Culture leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the global staffing and workforce solutions sector, gained within large, publicly listed organisations.<\/p>\n

Her career began in operational roles, giving her a firsthand understanding of the workforce dynamics that underpin business performance. This grounding continues to shape her pragmatic, commercially minded approach to people strategy.<\/p>\n

As ANZ Head of People and Culture, Tami partnered closely with executive leaders to build high-performing, human-centric organisations in complex and rapidly evolving environments. She is known for balancing a strong belief in people-first leadership with a clear focus on business outcomes, ensuring organisations are both culturally aligned and set up for sustainable success.<\/p>\n

Tami has also led global initiatives aligning people programs with broader business strategy, supporting a workforce of over 10,000 employees across more than 30 countries. Through this work, she has helped organisations navigate change, scale effectively, and respond to the shifting demands of the modern workforce.<\/p>\n
