We will achieve this by

To accomplish these objectives, RGF Staffing APEJ will adopt a comprehensive and transparent DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategy.

Our approach focuses on building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve, fostering diversity at all levels, and promoting inclusivity throughout the value chain. We value diversity across various dimensions, including gender, age, neurodiversity, disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and those facing occupational limitations or challenges in the job market.

Our core principle is to prioritise individuals' talents and abilities, recognising and leveraging the unique contributions each person brings.

What have we done?

Some of our current initiatives supporting our goals are:

  • RGF Connect: Placing women with barriers to employment into new lines of work.
  • Solid Start Program: Supporting the employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through Chandler Macleod.
  • Pride Pledge: Peoplebank and Chandler Macleod commit to the safety, visibility, and inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community within our workforce and the wider community.
  • Work 180 certification: Partnering with Work 180 to improve our workplace practices for women.
  • Reconciliation Action Plan: Delivering on our endorsed Reconciliation Action Plan.
