Our Staffing and Recruitment businesses, Chandler Macleod and Peoplebank are award recipients at the 2023 Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA) Australia and New Zealand Industry Awards. The night was a celebration of Australia’s Staffing and Recruitment industry and the positive impact the profession provides to the economy, businesses, and individuals.

Out of the 179 entrants across 13 categories, we are proud to have come home winners for the two categories we were finalists in:

• Chandler Macleod for Excellence in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Chandler Macleod’s ‘No Glass Ceiling Program’ is designed to provide employment opportunities for women over 45 years of age who are unemployed or at risk of unemployment in male-dominated industries. The positive outcomes achieved by this program, which has now been running for over two years, is featured in the video below. 

• Peoplebank for Outstanding Agency – over 80 staff.
